Q: How do I register for an event?

A: Registering for an event is easy.  Find one that you’re interested in and click on the ‘Register’ button.  From there you will be prompted to provide your contact information such as your name and email which we will use to communicate with you about the event.  An account is automatically created for you (during your first registration) which you will need to access your event links later.


Q: How do I see what events I’ve registered for?

A: At anytime you can login to your account to see the events you’re registered for.  Click on the account icon at the top right-hand side of the home page and you’ll be prompted to enter your email and password.


Q: How do I join an event?

A: Connecting to your event is easy and seamless! A few days before your event your account will be loaded with the Zoom Link for your event. All you need to do is login to you account and click on the link for the corresponding event.  A new window will open which will take you to your zoom event room!

You may be prompted to download the Zoom App if you don’t have it installed on your device.  Once you have it downloaded, you will simply be connected to the event room. 

You can also choose to join via the Zoom Web Browser if you do not wish to download the Zoom App.


Q: How do I cast the event to my TV?

A: Casting zoom to a smart tv will allow you to view the event on your TV however keep in mind that your video broadcast will continue to be from the web camera on the device in which you joined zoom from (i.e phone or laptop)
